Dreaming

Exclamation Cooking Spree!

Well I had 5 pounds of hamburger that Ive had for a few days. I figured I better cook it all than let it go to waste.

I made:
  • big pot of spaghetti
  • big pot of beef stroganoff
  • a couple burger patties

The spaghetti was poured into zip lock bags and frozen. The stroganoff will be lunch for the rest of the week.. Me and my daughter had burgers for dinner.

That was fun.

Sounds good.
When I buy extra hamburger meat like that, I usually just fry it and then zip lock it to freeze by itself.
That way, if I need chili, spaghetti, stroganoff, or whatever, it's already fried. Sometimes, my son will take a pack of the already cooked hamburger and thaw it to fix tacos or burritoes.

All of that good is good. I would normally cook all of it and make burger patties or chili. If not something else
