Welcome back to your favorite basement. Same Formans, new friends. It’s 1995 and Leia Forman, daughter of Eric and Donna, is visiting her grandparents for the summer, where she bonds with a new generation of Point Place kids under the watchful eye of Kitty and the stern glare of Red. Coming soon to Netflix. Dope.

Interesting...I'm curious about it, but I'm worried it's going to be another one of "those" remakes...PC-ing up a show that wouldn't work today with characters that are too over the top. Might be worth checking out, though, if I have access to Netflix ever again, lol. Also need them to explain how Eric and Donna got back together...since...they weren't together at the very end.

Watching the trailer, I do miss Red and Kitty Foreman .... but the teenagers seem lame. I did grow up in the 90s so I might watch for nostalgia purposes and to see if they got anything wrong when designing their sets, product placement and making references to 90s pop culture while talking. :p

Same here, I'm tempted for the same reasons, I still watch That 70s show every now and then, because it's a great show, so I do want to see at least an episode or two of this...but...yeah...those kids...eek.

I think it would be great if more of the original cast make appearances. I guess we'll find out.

Oh definitely!! They're saying Jackie and Kelso are back, but only briefly. I hope they come back for more, and that at least one other kid comes back! Eric and Donna would make the most sense, no chance Hyde comes back, but maybe Fez does?

Yeah all of them would be great but I know Hyde is cancelled so I won't expect that one.

Yep, one last "circle" between them all...wouldn't that be great? No chance of Hyde, but at least the rest of them, hell, get Randy and Seth Green's character back one last time, too!

That would be cool! Netflix has deep pockets, pay them whatever they want and make it happen Netflix :D

Yeah, hopefully he didn't do it (though...honestly, I'm sure there's at least some truth to it), but no matter what, his career is over.
All you need is the accusation nowadays and you're toast.

Unfortunately very true. I try to stay objective until some facts actually start to come out, but it's so, so hard to tell who is legitimately a victim and who is just very good at playing one to get attention, money or revenge.

I saw an ep or 2 of the '70s, I am all here for the '90s.

I liked "That 70's Show" but I don't think I'll like this spinoff. It reminds me of a Nickelodeon / Disney Sitcom.

It is a bit worrying in that regard

There was a show called “That 80s show” in the early 2000’s, so lame.

If they do it like "Fuller House" then some of the old cast will be back fairly often and there will be nods to That '70s Show.

I've watched most of the episodes. It's not too bad.

Sorry, but cringey and forced. If it ain't broke don't fix it :p I agree about it being lame and too Disney Channel/Nickelodeon sitcom. I'm happy seeing the original casts though (especially Topher Grace cuz I have a crush on him  )

I've heard about this being bad  I'm curious if it was as bad as that 90's show :p (no offense to anyone who actually likes the show)
